I’m Noah, and I’m here to hold space for you and your healing.

I know how deeply disorienting a breakup can be. It can leave us feeling lost, broken, and disconnected from ourselves. When a relationship ends, the ground beneath us can suddenly feel unstable, as if we’re untethered, unsure of who we are or which direction to take. The emotional pain can feel overwhelming, heavy, and hard to move through alone.

This ceremony offers a gentle container for healing, one where we tend with care to the wounds left by relational rupture.

We begin by meeting your experience with kindness and compassion, taking time to acknowledge what you’re carrying. From there, I’ll guide you on an inward journey through meditation and live music, inviting you to connect with your own inner healer. Through deep, compassionate presence, something begins to soften and shift. Many people experience a sense of calm, inner clarity, or lightness, as if a weight has been lifted.

After the journey, we’ll spend time integrating the experience, so the insights and healing can settle and be carried with you into daily life.

About me

I’m a certified coach and counsellor, as well as a musician. I specialise in supporting people with relationship wounds, whether they come from family, friendships, or romantic partnerships. My work draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), sound healing, mindfulness, and gentle pranayama (breathwork).

I create spaces where people can slow down, feel safe, reconnect with themselves, and find grounding, so that inner calm, clarity, and a renewed sense of direction can emerge.
